Well, it’s big news for our Stage 1 residents! Titles have now been received for each individual lot and purchasers will soon be able to finalise settlements! We’re incredibly excited for you – you’ll be building your dream home in no time! Plus, our landscaping team have begun streetscaping works, so everything will be planted out in just a couple of weeks.

As for Stage 2, lots in this section of the community have reached Civil Practical Completion. We’re now in the process of achieving Statement of Compliance from all the relevant authorities. Once that’s taken care of, we’ll be able to lodge Titles for each individual lot. Then, once the landscaping crew has worked their magic on Stage 1, they’ll roll straight into beautification for Stage 2!

Construction is also well underway on Stage 3 – our contractors have been busy! Sewer systems and water mains have been successfully installed and the roads are now taking shape. They have already been boxed out and kerbs constructed – next up, asphalt will be poured. Stage 3 is really starting to come together!
