With half the stages in our community at Botanic Ridge now titled, we’re very happy to report that construction is now underway for Stages 4 and 5! Our team has broken ground, with bulk earthworks officially commenced. Trees and vegetation have also been cleared and demolition of the existing dwellings on site is now complete.

Construction of the intersection at Craig Road will be done alongside the works to Stage 4 and 5, providing a smooth entrance for residents.
