Well, it’s big news for our Stage 1 residents! All construction works are now complete, which means it’s time to organise your finance and contact your conveyancer as valuer access will be available from March 15 onwards. We’re incredibly excited for you – you’ll be building your dream home in no time!

As soon as the council and other authorities have conducted their final inspections and signed-off on the works with a Statement Of Compliance, each lot will be registered at the Titles Office and then it will be time for settlement.

Stage 2 is not far behind. Sewer and drainage works are complete and recycled and drinking water will soon be connected. The streets are taking shape now that road boxing, kerb and channel works are complete, with just the asphalt to go! Then it’s just a matter of tidying up!

Construction has also commenced on Stage 3 – we’ll have more to say on that next time, but titles are expected by Q3 this year.
