One of the lucky buyers of Stage 1A was Aimee Braganza, who is now the proud owner of Lot 128 of the Rosella Release, a 448m2 parcel facing Bandicoot Boulevard, close to the Cranbourne Royal Botanic Gardens and the centrally located future park and playground.
Aimee’s children will love living at The Junction. Besides being so close to the park and the Botanic Gardens, they will also be close to their local school, close to their extended family at Botanic Ridge, close to friends, close to all the shops and entertainment in Cranbourne, and close to the massive $7.8 million sporting complex due for completion in March 2022!
