Construction of Botanic Ridge Village commenced in March 2021 and significant progress has been made to date by builders Aspekt Construction Group.

The 3,800sqm centre is quickly coming together with footings now completed, concrete walls erected and ground slabs poured, which form the foundations of the new Coles Supermarket and Liquorland.

Most recently, the project’s builders have been working on the roof over the Coles tenancy. The construction team has recently installed the building’s structural steel and is now busy fitting the roof panels.

This brand new development will service our growing community, providing a place for locals to visit beyond shopping. One that offers essential health services, amenities and encourages the community to come together and engage. With major tenant Coles already on board, be sure to keep an eye out for announcements revealing what other retailers will be joining this fantastic neighbourhood centre.

Botanic Ridge Village will be a true shopping destination for local residents, positioned at the intersection of Craig Road and Hummingbird Drive. With construction progressing well so far, it’s expected the centre will be open as early as 2022.
