Work on the final three stages at The Junction is back up and running, with footpaths and final topsoiling of lots set to be completed shortly for Stage 4. That means Practical Completion is just around the corner and we will be requesting Statement of Compliance from all authorities in the coming weeks!

In other news, over in Stage 5, watermains are being installed and kerbs are being poured.

And finally for Stage 6, base course asphalt is being completed this week, with watermain installation to commence shortly after.
