Progress on the final three stages in our community is finishing strong this festive season, with Road Boxing, Kerb & Channel, as well as Electrical and Communication reticulation works now complete for Stage 4. Footpaths are also nearing completion.

Over in Stage 5, agricultural drains and conduits are now complete, as is Road Boxing, with Kerb & Channel to commence in the New Year.

And finally for Stage 6, Road Boxing and Kerb is complete, while retaining walls and water reticulation works are set to commence shortly. Base Course Asphalt will be laid in the New Year.

As we wrap up 2022, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our current and future residents for their patience and wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas. We’re looking forward to an exciting 2023 at The Junction!
