We are delighted to welcome Luke and Brittany home to our community at Botanic Ridge. The couple recently finished building their first home in Stage 1 at The Junction, officially moving in in December. What a fantastic way to end the year!

With family nearby, Botanic Ridge was a perfect fit for Luke and Brittany, who were drawn to the community’s proximity to Cranbourne and its relative quietness compared to other up and coming areas, like Clyde.

“Botanic Ridge is a great halfway point between each of our families, and we have other relatives close by as well. It’s also a really convenient spot for us to get to work every day.”

As first home buyers, Luke and Brittany were excited to choose a builder, opting for a design with Beachwood Homes that worked for them.

Now that families have begun moving in, our vision for the community is another step closer to becoming a reality, which is incredible to see.
