As we farewell summer, we welcome new construction developments for our final three stages. In very exciting news, Council Practical Completion and compliance from South East Water has been received for Stage 4. We will now be seeking compliance from all relevant authorities in order to lodge for titles, which we anticipate will occur within the next two weeks! This is a huge milestone for our purchasers in Stage 4, and from everyone at The Junction, we thank you for your patience throughout the construction process.

Over in Stage 5, Road boxing, Kerb & Channel and water reticulation are complete. Electrical reticulation will commence next week, with telecommunications to follow shortly after.

And finally for Stage 6, base course asphalt, water and electrical reticulation and telecommunications are complete, with retaining walls underway and footpaths to be poured shortly after.
